DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Nature of the Service

B-able ("the Service") is a SaaS software tool designed for financial simulation and scenario optimization based exclusively on user inputs. B-able is NOT a financial advisor, investment manager, accountant, or legal counsel. Use of this software does not create a professional advisory relationship between the User and the Provider (Aker Aragon Paz). For support, contact support.bable@datakinsights.com.

2. Accuracy of Results

The calculations generated are automated mathematical projections. The software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. User Responsibility

The User acknowledges that any business decision, credit application, investment, or restructuring is their sole responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aker Aragon Paz shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption).
Errors or omissions in the data inputs provided by the User.

Total Liability Cap: The Provider's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Service is strictly limited to the amount paid by the User for the subscription during the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Data Security & Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure (including Google Cloud Platform and Neon Database). While we implement standard security measures:

No Guarantee of Security: We cannot guarantee that the Service will be free from bugs, security breaches, hacking incidents, or unauthorized access (phishing).
Third-Party Liability: Aker Aragon Paz assumes no liability for data theft, corruption, or loss resulting from breaches, downtime, or failures of third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database providers, payment processors).
